Tech Founder Spends Over Rs 4 Lakh on Blinkit in 60 Days, Internet Stunned

In an unusual display of convenience-driven spending, an Indian entrepreneur recently revealed that he spent more than Rs 4 lakh on Blinkit deliveries in just 60 days, leaving social media buzzing with reactions.

Manu Arora, founder of web development firm Aceternity UI, shared a screenshot of his Blinkit expenses on X, showing that he spent approximately Rs 3.17 lakh in September and Rs 1.47 lakh in October—bringing his total to Rs 4.64 lakh in just two months.

Captioning the post with a mix of humor and frustration, Arora wrote, “Man, I hate Blinkit.” The post quickly went viral, with social media users expressing shock and curiosity over the high spending on instant grocery deliveries. When asked about the Rs 3 lakh worth of groceries, Arora jokingly responded, “Chips.”

Quick delivery apps like Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto have become a staple for consumers seeking instant convenience, especially in urban India. However, Arora’s case has taken this trend to an extreme, highlighting both the addictive ease of instant deliveries and the potentially eye-watering bills that come with it.

Internet users reacted with a mix of disbelief, humor, and commentary on lifestyle spending, making the post one of the trending topics online in India.
