Bollywood buzz is building around Ahan Shetty and director Shaad Ali’s upcoming romantic drama, with Nitanshi Goel confirmed as the female lead. The film is shaping up as a picturesque love story set in Uttar Pradesh, with discussions ongoing to bring Sanjay Dutt on board for a key role.
UP Backdrop and Filming Plans
A source close to the production revealed that the story is rooted in a small-town Uttar Pradesh setting. Shaad Ali recently completed a location recce and has finalized Bareilly and its surroundings for principal photography.
Nitanshi, who is currently busy shooting another pan-India project in Hyderabad, will begin preparations for this film post her current commitments. The official announcement of the cast is expected after the release of Border 2.
Sanjay Dutt in Talks
The source also mentioned that the team has approached Sanjay Dutt for a pivotal role, though nothing has been confirmed yet. Shooting is scheduled to commence around February 2026.
