Bihar Polls Heat Up: Amit Shah, Rahul Gandhi Lead Rallies as INDIA Bloc Promises Language Boost

The INDIA bloc released its manifesto, pledging to push for official language status for regional tongues such as Bhojpuri, Magahi, Bajjika, and Angika, aiming to appeal to linguistic pride across the state.

Meanwhile, addressing a series of public meetings, Amit Shah took sharp aim at the opposition, saying RJD chief Lalu Prasad wanted to make his son Tejashwi Yadav the Chief Minister, and Sonia Gandhi wished to see Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister — “but both chairs are already occupied,” he quipped.

As the state gears up for the upcoming Assembly elections, top leaders from both sides are expected to hold back-to-back rallies, making Wednesday a key day in Bihar’s high-voltage political contest.
