Coal India launches recruitment drive for 660 Management Trainee positions across India

State-owned coal producer Coal India Limited has announced a major recruitment drive for 660 Management Trainee (MT) positions for 2026, offering opportunities to graduates and professionals across multiple technical and management disciplines.

The recruitment notification was released as part of the company’s broader workforce expansion and operational modernisation strategy. Officials said the vacancies will be filled through a competitive selection process that may include computer-based tests, interviews, and document verification.
