Red Fort to Kashmir Forests: Pak Leader’s Explosive Claim Sparks Fresh Tensions with India

Pudvi Times – News Report

In a startling admission that has triggered widespread outrage, Pakistani politician Anwarul Haq, former “Prime Minister” of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), has publicly claimed Pakistan’s involvement in the November 10 Red Fort blast in Delhi. The remark came in a viral video circulating across social media platforms, escalating diplomatic tensions between India and Pakistan.

Haq claimed that terror groups “linked to Pakistan” executed attacks “from the Red Fort to the forests of Kashmir”, describing them as retaliation for what he alleged were India’s actions in Balochistan. His reference pointed directly to two recent terror incidents in India—the Pahalgam attack in April and the suicide bombing near Delhi’s Red Fort last week.

Haq’s Shocking Statement

Addressing the PoK Assembly, Haq said:

“If you keep bleeding Balochistan, we’ll hit India from Red Fort to the forests of Kashmir. By the grace of Allah, we’ve done it and they’re still unable to count bodies.”

He further added that armed men entered Delhi and carried out the attack, referring to the Red Fort blast that investigators have linked to a “white-collar terror module” associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM)—a Pakistan-based extremist organisation founded by UN-designated terrorist Masood Azhar.

Pakistan’s Balochistan Narrative

Pakistan has repeatedly accused India of destabilising Balochistan. New Delhi has consistently denied these allegations, calling them a diversion from Islamabad’s continued support for cross-border terrorism.

Pakistan Defence Minister Issues Warning

Haq’s controversial remarks come amid heightened rhetoric from Pakistan’s defence minister Khawaja Asif, who warned that the country could not rule out the possibility of an “all-out war” with India. Asif claimed Pakistan was on maximum alert, stating that India “cannot be trusted” and might attempt a direct or proxy attack.

The Red Fort Blast: What Happened

On November 10, a powerful explosion near Delhi’s iconic Red Fort claimed 10 lives and left several injured. Investigators later confirmed it was a suicide attack, carried out using an explosives-laden vehicle. Forensic evidence revealed the car was driven by Umar Un Nabi, a Kashmir-origin doctor whose remains were discovered inside the wreckage.

Authorities have linked the attack to a sophisticated white-collar terror network with suspected ties to Pakistan-based operatives.
