Trump Says US Was “An Hour Away” From Iran Strikes Before Last-Minute Pause

U.S. President Donald Trump has disclosed that the United States was on the verge of carrying out fresh military strikes against Iran before the operation was halted at the final moment due to growing diplomatic efforts and pressure from regional allies.
